Participants Tab
A Participant is an individual who is enrolled in your Certification Program. Use the participants child form on the certification program profile to view the participants in your certification program. Certification Program participants are added using the Add Participant Wizard when you click on the Add Participant Wizard icon in the Actions Bar. After a participant has been added to a program, that participant appears in the participants child form. The Participants Tab on the Certification Program Profile contains one child form to add and list participant information.

On child forms, you can see several icons that perform various actions when you click them. They are:

Participants Child Form
Each participant that has been enrolled in your Certification Program is displayed on the participants child form. For every participant, the following is displayed:
- Participant Name
- Status - Status states are set-up in Certification Setup
- Enrollment Date - The date the participant enrolled in the Certification Program
- Certification Date - The date the participant completed the Certification Program
- Effective Date - The effective date of the participant's official Certification
- Expiration Date - The expiration date of the participant's Certification before he/she must be re-certified - if applicable
